Steps to interim use

You need a plan to implement your idea? Here you will find the first steps on how to get to your interim use.

You have an idea - step 1:

  • Create a concept (describe the idea and explain your plan for implementation in concrete terms)

Organization of use - Step 2:

  • Inspection of the room together with RAUM AUF ZEIT
  • Research funding opportunities for your project
  • Make the necessary applications for permits
  • Agree duration and costs of use with owner and conclude lease/user agreement.

Start interim Use! - Step 3:

  • Create access: organize the set-up and running of the interim use (regulation on opening and closing times as well as events, compliance with specifications and security).
  • Coordinate public relations and invite people to your project's opening, events, hours of operation via press releases, print and social media

  • Regulate the care of the premises and the material needs during the interim use (equipment cleaning and service, regulation of interim cleaning during public traffic, etc.; preparation and regulation of the return of the room at the end of the use).
